Equipment List

This is just a suggested equipment list, you don’t need to get everything from here. You can always build slowly.

  • A yoga mat makes floor work more comfy and supports higher impact movement, but you don’t have to invest right away.

  • I would suggest investing in 2x lighter dumbbells between 2kg - 5kg and 2x heavier dumbbells for lower body work between 6kg - 20kg.

  • I would recomned getting an assortment of light, meidum to heavy resistance bands. Here is my suggestion.

  • You can always improvise with some chunky books, yoga block or a step.
