For women and NB people

Kind Moves Exeter is a space created to bring people together through movement, connection, and care. It’s for women and non-binary people who are looking to make new friends, try new things, and just be in a kind, welcoming space where nothing is expected except showing up as you are.

We kicked off in May with our very first Quay and Coffee walk which was lovely 💗 and we finished the month with a journaling session at the Birdhouse Cafe.
