This mat based Build Without The Burnout. This session has been designed to focus on: chest, triceps and glutes.

You’re going to need:

  • 2x medium dumbbells (I’m working with 4kg)

  • Mat or a comfy surface like a rug

  • A playlist

    Things to remember:

  • The rep ranges offered are invitational only, you may perform less or more than me.

  • This is about curious exploration, so if something isn’t feeling good change it up, modify or take rest
