    These aren’t bootcamps, they’re short bursts of movement that help you build momentum, reconnect with your body, and feel proud of showing up.

    (If daily movement doesn’t feel right yet, skip ahead! You’re in charge.)

  • Let’s build your strength gently, with no equipment needed.


    Over 4 weeks, you’ll learn form, technique, and create a weekly workout habit you can actually stick to.

    Suggested rhythm: 2–3x per week, but feel free to go slower or faster depending on what feels kind.

    This is where consistency starts to feel doable.

  • Welcome to your long-term rhythm. This is where strength training becomes part of your week, just like brushing your teeth or going on your Kind Walks.

    These are short, structured workouts with weights (usually 20–30 mins) designed to help you build real strength without burning out.

    Kind Moves helps you stay consistent with new videos, check-ins, and a supportive community along the way.
