Kind Consistency Pathway

  • Welcome to Kind Moves! The studio has been created to support you build Kind Consistency and combat that all-or-nothing mentality that just isn’t sustainable!

    Phase 1 eases you in with the foundations to build upon:

    • On-boarding quiz (members page)

    • Goal Setting Workshop

    • Breathing & Core Engagement 101

    • Introductory classes from each category

  • You’ll find two optional pathways:

    • Body Reset

    • Matcha & Movement

    Think of these as gentle ‘challenges’ to support you build gentle momentum. There are 6 sessions in each pathway.

    You have the option of completing both or none, it’s entirely up to you.

  • If you are new to strength training or perhaps returning after a long break, a great place to start is with bodyweight workouts.

    In the studio you will find two categories if bodyweight workouts:

    • Bodyweight Build (strength focused)

    • Align (low-impact, Pilates inspired)

    I suggest working through these for around 4-weeks to support your body awareness and build confidence in the movement before adding external weight

  • Kind Strength is where all the foundational work comes together 😄.

    This will become your maintenance rhythm, supporting you to workout 3 x per week, which is in line with NHS guidelines for healthy muscles, bones and metabolism.
